- Single rooms or the whole house
- Rentals between tenants
Prep you will not see, finish you will
Furniture is moved or covered, floors are protected, and outlet and switch covers come off. Nail holes and dings are filled, patches are sanded flush, and gaps along trim are caulked so the cut line looks sharp instead of wavy.

Stairways and railings
Stairwells are the hardest walls in most houses to reach and the easiest place to see a sloppy line. We set up safely, cut the walls clean against the stringer and treads, and can paint balusters and handrails in a separate color.
Keeping the house livable
We work room by room when you are living in the house, keep paths clear and clean up at the end of each day. When we leave, the furniture goes back where it was.
